Dehradun: The death toll in Uttarakhand’s Pauri Garhwal accident has risen to 32. The bus carrying the wedding party met with an accident last night.
Others have been hospitalized. Meanwhile, 15 members of the 41-member team who were caught in an avalanche at Draupadi Danda were rescued. Reports are coming out that 16 people are safe at the base camp.
The Uttarakhand government has announced a financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh to the families of those who died in the accident and Rs 1 lakh to the injured.
