New Delhi: Passengers have been directed to wear proper masks while traveling. Ordered by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The new proposal comes amid a sharp rise in Covid’s second outbreak in the country.
Those who arrive without a proper mask will be dropped off. The mask is also not allowed to be worn under the nose. Airports will not allow passengers to arrive without wearing the mask.
Security officials can take legal action against passengers who behave irresponsibly. The order issued by the DGCA also states that those who do not wear the mask properly can be included in the list of misbehaving passengers.
