Bangalore: A decision has been taken to reduce petrol and diesel taxes in Karnataka. According to Bassavaraj Bomme government’s cess tax and sales tax will be reduced. At the same time, the amount was not disclosed. Government sources said an announcement would be made soon in this regard.
Petrol price in Karnataka is above Rs 109 per liter. Diesel costs more than Rs 100 per liter. In this case, Congress wants to reduce the fuel tax. The parties in question were the ones who wanted it.
