New Delhi: Former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s ED custody in the Delhi liquor policy scam case will end today. Sisodia will be produced in court today in case the custody ends.
It is indicated that the ED may ask the court to extend the custody period further. The Enforcement Directorate had stated in the court that Sisodia was directly involved in the liquor policy scam. Sisodia’s judicial custody has been extended till next month.
Meanwhile, the ED may question K. Kavitha, daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Delhi Police has made heavy security arrangements at the ED headquarters. Kavitha was interrogated for ten hours yesterday.
