Dola Sen, Nadimul Huk, Abir Ranjan Biwas, Shanta Chhetri, Arpitha Ghosh and, Mousom Noor were suspended. Opposition groups called for an inquiry on the Pegasus issue. This was followed by the dismissal of six members of the Rajya Sabha.
