Mumbai: Actress Rhea Chakraborty has been shifted to Byculla Jail in Mumbai on a drug charge in connection with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Overnight lodged in the Narcotics Control Bureau office. Riya was remanded in judicial custody last night.
Following the rejection of the bail application by the Mumbai Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court, Riya has moved to file a bail application in the high court. Rhea was arrested yesterday. Rhea’s arrest was recorded after detailed questioning.
Meanwhile, the Narcotics Control Bureau has intensified its investigation into the conclusion that a Bollywood-centric drug syndicate is operating.
