Karnataka eases curfew


Bangalore: Curfew has been eased in Karnataka. Fruit and vegetable shops, which are essential items, can be open till 6 pm. Grocery stores are allowed to open up to 12. Strict restrictions were imposed in the state till May 12. Earlier it was reported that shops selling other essentials would only be open from 6 am to 10 am. At the time, it was clear that there would be no public transportation.

Strict restrictions were imposed. Permission is granted for construction activities, industries, and allied activities. Essential trips are also allowed. People should strictly follow the instructions in the context of Covid expansion. Shops should not allow more people to enter at the same time. It is also advised not to pray in places of worship with large crowds.
