Heavy Rains: The death toll in Andhra Pradesh rises to 19

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh death toll rises to 19. In Anantapur, a building collapsed, killing four people, including two children. Seven killed in Chittoor floods 25 missing in Nantallur.
