New Delhi: CBI has arrested one more person in connection with the Delhi liquor policy scam. Abhishek Boinpally, a native of Hyderabad, was arrested. He was summoned for questioning yesterday and arrested today. The arrest was made on the grounds of non-cooperation with the investigation.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Malayalee businessman Vijay Nair was arrested by the CBI earlier in the case. CBI says in the charge sheet that Sameer Mahendraru received Rs 4 crore from Sameer Mahendraru through Sisodia’s follower Arjun Panda.
