Mumbai: A 36-year-old woman was killed in Mumbai and her body parts were cut into pieces and cooked in a cooker. The live-in partner was arrested in the incident. The incident took place on Mira Road in Mumbai. Police arrested Manoj Sahani (56) in the case.
A young woman named Saraswati Vidya was killed. They were living in an apartment in Geeta Nagar for the past seven years. He was arrested by the police while trying to escape from the apartment. Neighbors noticed the foul smell coming from the flat and informed the Navyanagar police.
Seeing the police, Sahani tried to run away but was caught by the police. Only the leg of the woman could be found in the house. The police said that the accused left the remaining parts on the road.
The police started trying to find the remains of the body. The police have not clarified how the woman was killed.
