Kochi: Swapna Suresh and P.S. Sarith, key accused in the diplomatic channel gold smuggling case, have tied the knot. The wedding took place at the Nettoor Vadakke Pattupurakkal Temple in Kochi, attended only by close relatives and friends. Swapna announced the news herself through a social media post.
“We decided to get married to build a life together and to create an environment where our children can learn truth, respect, and values. Please pray that this sacred bond remains with me until I die a married woman,” Swapna wrote alongside the photos. However, the groom’s identity was not explicitly mentioned in the caption or easily recognizable from the pictures.
Swapna, a native of Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram, and Sarith, from Thiruvallam, had been living together in Kochi for some time. This marks Swapna’s third marriage and Sarith’s second. Swapna’s first marriage was in 2000 to Krishnakumar, which ended in 2008. She later married Jayashankar in 2011, but that relationship also ended.
Through her social media post, Swapna sought prayers and blessings from everyone as she embarks on this new chapter in her life.
