Thiruvananthapuram: State police head Loknath Behra give an explanation to the Governor Arif Muhemmad Khan on CAG report. He arrived with Raman Srivastava, police advisor of the Chief Minister. The explanation given by the Loknath Behra on the financial scam pointed in the CAG report. The money sanctioned to build quarters for police officers was illegally used for making luxury flats also alleged in the CAG report. Behra gives replay on the report over this.
The illegal transactions made while purchasing new cars in the Home ministry also pointed to the CAG.
