New Delhi: Indian women’s badminton player Saina Nehwal has joined the BJP. Saina joined the BJP at a function at the BJP headquarters in Delhi. Saina to campaign for BJP in Delhi assembly polls Saina’s brother Chandranshu Nehwal has also joined the BJP.
Earlier, she had praised Modi through Twitter several times. Saina has won medals for India at the Olympics and Commonwealth Games. Saina became the first Indian woman to achieve this feat when she topped the World Women’s Badminton Rankings in 2015. Saina Nehwal is currently number nine player in the world.
