Kochi: The Kerala High Court will consider a fresh petition filed by Dileep in the actress attack case.
Dileep also approached the Kerala High Court seeking permission to withdraw the accused from the case. The court had earlier rejected Dileep’s plea. Dileep is the eighth accused in the case.
