Omicron expansion may end within two months

New Delhi: Anurag Agarwal, a member of the World Health Organization’s technical advisory group, has said that the Omicron wave, a variant of the covid variant, is likely to ease by March. There has been a huge increase in the number of cases in the last few days. Anurag added that people who are currently immunocompromised are at higher risk of contracting the disease and that Omicron could spread to rural areas after spreading in the metros.
