Shimla: Heavy rains and floods lashed Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh following a cloudburst. Many buildings and vehicles were destroyed in the floods.The Manjina River burst its banks in heavy rain. The Rishikesh-Badrinath road in Chamoli was damaged due to heavy rains.
