Kochi: Cyber police have registered a case against Crime Nandakumar for circulating a video with obscene and sexual content allegedly targeting Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
The case has been filed under BNS Section 192 and relevant provisions of the IT Act, including Sections 67 and 65A.
According to the FIR, the video was uploaded by Nandakumar on Friday on his YouTube channel and social media platforms. Police said the video, which contained obscene remarks, was apparently released in response to the Chief Minister’s comments regarding the case against MLA Rahul Mankootathil.
