Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has decided to adopt 22 children orphaned in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district following Pakistan’s shelling during Operation Sindoora.
According to Jammu and Kashmir Congress President Tariq Hameed Karra, Gandhi will support the children’s education up to graduation. While visiting the region, he asked local Congress workers to identify affected children, leading to the discovery of 22 such cases.
