Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the war can be ended if Zelensky is removed from the post of Ukrainian President. Putin’s proposal is to remove Zelensky and replace him with an interim government. Putin has already ordered a temporary halt to military operations if it is certain that Russia has gained the upper hand in the war. Putin has put forward such a proposal in the context of a significant change in relations between the US and Russia.
A temporary system can be set up in Ukraine under the auspices of the United Nations, the US and European countries.
Putin intends to restart negotiations on peace agreements if another democratic government comes to power. Tens of thousands of people have died in the three-year war.
