Mumbai: Indian Railways has decided to run a winter special train from Mumbai to Kerala via the Konkan railway. The preliminary information is that the general quota will mostly go to Kanyakumari. Train (01461) departs from Mumbai CST at 3.30 PM on Thursday. It will reach Kanyakumari at 11.20 pm the next day. Train (01462) will return from Kanyakumari to Mumbai CST at 2.15 pm on Saturday. The journey will be via Kottayam. It will arrive at 11 pm CST the next day.
