Patna: Death toll in Bihar hooch tragedy rises to seven. Many people have been hospitalized. The tragedy happened in Chhapra in the Saran district. Some of those who ate lost their sight. District Collector Rajesh Meena informed that medical teams have been sent to the area.
Many people were admitted to Chhapra Sadar Hospital and Patna Medical College Hospital for treatment. Officials collected information from villagers and families about the incident. Chhapra police had informed that an illegal liquor dealer had been arrested.
