The number of Covid-19 cases in the country has crossed five hundred

New Delhi: The number of people infected with Covid-19 has crossed five hundred in the country. In this case, there is one Malayalee. Today, 511 people affected Covid-19 in the country.

Five people in Karnataka and three in Tamil Nadu affected by Corona disease today itself. The Malayali affected with the disease come from Dubai.

Meanwhile, one more death reported in India due to the corona. At least 10 deaths reported in the country due to Covid-19.

In Maharashtra, corona confirmed to more than a hundred people.12 people recovered. In Gujarat, two positive cases have been reported.

Over 30 fresh cases of novel coronavirus cases have been reported from across the country on Tuesday, taking India’s tally to 536. New cases have been reported from Jammu and Kashmir, Telangana, Punjab, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Manipur. India’s tally also includes the death toll which has climbed to 10.

With 519 confirmed cases including 10 deaths so far, there is a complete lockdown in as many as 548 districts of the country affecting several hundred million people.

144 declared in Alappuzha district

Alappuzha: Alappuzha district collector M Anjana has said that 144 have been declared in the wake of Covid 19 in the district. The district has announced regulations under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Act. The order is in effect until 12 pm on 31st March. This is to strengthen the Covid 19 defense operations in the district. Under the order, no more than four people can be gathered anywhere in the district. The Collector said all public transport systems in the district had to be abolished and auto and taxis were restricted to emergencies only. Private vehicles should only be used for the purchase of essential goods and medicines and medical emergencies.

Government employees and other employees must carry an identification card when traveling. Police will seize vehicles that violate this 144 and register a case. No shops shall be open except medical stores, petrol pumps, gas distribution centers, drinking water stations, which milk, fruit, vegetables and groceries.

Shops, supermarkets and bakeries selling food items, groceries, eggs, meat, fish, fodder and poultry can be opened. These open-air business houses are only open from 7 am to 5 pm. Juice and tea should not be sold when the bakeries are open.  This restriction does not apply to all essential services, including bank ATMs, print and electronic media, delivery of essential public goods, and distribution of food and beverage items. Banks can only operate until 2o’clock. No institution shall operate except those exempted from the Government Order dated 23rd March.

Returners from abroad must inform the Department of Health. Returning from abroad after March 10 must be reported to the district administration and the police. Following the directives of the health department, those who are under surveillance should not leave the room without any instructions from the health department. The district police chief has been assigned to take action under the Indian Penal Code for violating the terms of the order. The district police chief, sub-divisional magistrates and executive magistrates (tahsildars) have been assigned to ensure strict compliance with the order.

New Delhi: Number of COVID-19 affected people touches 425 as 29 more cases reported today. The authorities imposed more regulations as the precautionary measures in several states in India, reports said.

At least 14 states in the country lockdown due to coronavirus outbreak. At last Himachal Pradesh also lockdown as the preventive measures, official reports said.

More COVID-19 cases reported in Mumbai. 15 people diagnosed with COVID-19 within 24 hours. With this, 89 people affected corona in Mumbai itself.

More restrictions were imposed in Punjab. The Curfew excluded for necessary items in the state.

Thiruvananthapuram: The state may be closed bars as part of the Covid preventive measures initiative. There are also plans to impose tougher regulations on BEVCO. It has been decided to shut down Kasaragod completely and other corona confirmed districts partially. More restrictions will be introduced in Ernakulam, Kannur and Kozhikode districts.

The decision was taken at a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

There are 64 Kovid affected people in the state. Currently, the disease is reported in 11 districts of Kerala. Tighter restrictions are being considered when more positive cases are expected.

New Delhi: As part of precautionary measures, the Supreme Court of India mulls shutting down. The court will hear urgent matters through video conference. The Lawyers chamber of the Supreme Court will seal today. The advocates also banned from arriving at the court.

The court building will be open once in a week, reports said.

Meanwhile, the High Court of Kerala also shut down its proceedings. The court closed until April 8. The case needs more attention only will be considered. The full court meetings with the judges have decided to close the court. Sitting will be held twice a week.

The most important cases will be heard on Tuesday and Friday by the court. Habiouscorpus petition, bail petitions, and personal affair cases will be heard by the court. For this, a special court or a bench will be set up, reports added.

The number of Covid-19 affected people reached 400 in the country. 68 more people diagnosed with the disease today, the health department said.

Thiruvananthapuram: Shriram Venkitaraman, the accused in the murder of KM Basheer, former Bureau Chief of Thiruvananthapuram, will be back to service. The government has decided to return Sriram after a meeting with journalist union officials.  The decision to withdraw was made after this.

The government has suspended Shriram on August 5, 2019, after he was accused of killing KM Basheer. He is currently assigned to the Department of Health.

Six deaths in Covid 19; Two more people died in the country

New Delhi: Two more people have died in the country following the COVID-19. The deceased has been identified as a 63-year-old resident of Mumbai and a 38-year-old resident of Bihar. The death toll from COVID-19 has risen to six in India. Two deaths were reported in the country on Sunday alone. He is a resident of South Mumbai’s Valkeshwar and has been in a private hospital for the past few days.

A man who had just returned from Qatar died in Bihar. He was under treatment at AIIMS in Patna. Though the death was reported on Saturday, the positive results were confirmed on Sunday. Corona has so far confirmed 341 people in the country. New cases have been reported in Jodhpur and Chandigarh in Rajasthan.

Volkswagen unveils India’s sports utility vehicle, the T-Roc, which is the second sports utility vehicle in the Indian market.

The T-Roc has a premium sporty SUV look in the form of the Volkswagen line-up of smaller sports utility models.

On the front of the T-Rock are a chrome-lined grille, DRL-supplied dual-beam projection headlamp, a large air dam, a large bumper, and a fog lamp.

The floating dashboard, digital instrument cluster, and 8.0-inch touch screen infotainment system make the interior of the vehicle look beautiful.

Volkswagen is built on the MIA platform. The vehicle weighs 1420kg. The 445-liter boot space capacity can be increased to 1290 liters by folding the rear seat.

The T-Roc will be available only in petrol engines. Powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged TSI petrol engine, the vehicle produces 150 PS of power and 340 Nm of torque.

The transmission will be mated to a seven-speed dual-shift race. The vehicle is equipped with modern security systems.
