The post-mortem report states that the baby was taken out with a vacuum and the baby’s body showed signs of this.
The husband had alleged that the hospital authorities did not provide any accurate information about Aishwarya’s health. Name of the treatment was mentioned in the consent forms and signatures were obtained compulsorily. Didn’t even know the uterus was removed. This was informed when the hospital authorities were asked about it. The family also asks how the doctors who said that the bleeding stopped when the uterus was removed, then say that the cause of death was bleeding.
