The horoscope that the husband will die was also a lie.

Greeshma started trying to kill him when Sharon did not back down from her love even though she had fixed her marriage with a soldier in Nagercoil. Attempts were made five times before the murder.

The first assassination attempt was at Neyur Christian College. 50 dolo pills were crushed and mixed in the bottle of mango juice bought and given to Sharon to drink. Sharon escaped because he spat out the juice given to him in the washroom of the hospital adjacent to Christian College due to its bitterness.

There was an attempt to kill him by giving him mango juice mixed with pills in the name of a juice challenge at the old bridge of Kuzhithura. Greeshma was also brought to the bridge and evidence was collected. When both of these failed, Sharon was treated with a decoction mixed with herbicide.

Over 1,000 pieces of digital evidence including WhatsApp chats and deleted videos of the duo were recovered. The charge sheet says that Greeshma’s mother and uncle were equally involved in the murder.
The charge sheet is being prepared under the leadership of DySP Johnson after 73 days after the murder. At the same time, Adv. Vineet Kumar was appointed.
