Thiruvananthapuram: AI cameras have started working in the state to catch traffic violations. However, Transport Minister Antony Raju has clarified that for one month, fines will not be charged for violations caught by AI cameras. The fine was not charged till May 19. The minister informed that people will be made aware of violations of the law during this period and those who violate the law will be fined from May 20.
Minister Antony Raju said that AI cameras are a worry for lawbreakers and a relief for law-abiding ones. The minister also informed that no change has been made in the current rules to install AI cameras.

Thiruvananthapuram: Education Minister V Sivankutty said the SSLC exam result will be published on May 20. Plus two will be published by May 25. New Delhi: NIA has taken over the investigation into the Elathur train fire case. Today the accused was produced in the court and remanded. He was shifted to Viyur Jail. The action comes after the Union Home Ministry issued a notification to take up the case.
