Accompanying her note were pictures of her donning a vibrant, traditional saree at the iconic Vizhinjam Port—a attire that holds a monumental place in her civil service journey.
In her post, Dr. Divya S Iyer expressed her admiration for Dr. Vasuki’s viral video advocate for sustainable fashion, noting how she has always found immense joy in wearing the cherished old sarees of her grandmother, mother, and mother-in-law.

Kerala Fuel Price Update: Petrol and Diesel Prices Witness Sharp Hike Today
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Compounding the financial woes of the common man, fuel prices in the country have witnessed another sharp hike today. The price of petrol has been increased by ₹2.61 per litre, while diesel saw a jump of ₹2.71 per litre. With the latest revision coming into effect, petrol is retailing at ₹115.32 per litre and diesel at ₹104.41 per litre in the state capital.
This marks the fourth fuel price hike in the last two weeks alone, cumulatively burdening consumers with an overall increase of ₹8 per litre.

GURUVAYUR: Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan visited the renowned Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple today to seek the blessings of Lord Krishna. Arriving at the temple premises around 7:00 AM, this marked his first visit to Guruvayur after assuming the office of Chief Minister.
