Extreme levels of flood in South Africa:  A least 443 killed

Durban: The death toll from the floods in South Africa has risen to 443. Authorities said the floods were caused by unseasonal rains. Authorities said several people were still unaccounted for.
Most of the dead were reported in the eastern South African province of KwaZulu-Natal. Most of Durban was flooded. Heavy rain continues. The search for the missing continues.
