Earthquake hits Tehran in Iran. The quake struck in southern areas of Iran early Wednesday morning. The intensity was recorded at 5.4 on the Richter scale. There are no casualties reported.

Earlier, on October 31, there was a slight earthquake in Iran. The intensity was then 4.9 on the Richter scale. Earlier, on October 21, another 5.1 magnitude earthquake struck Iran. On November 12, 2017, an earthquake measuring 7.3 on the western province of Kermanshah killed 620 people.
