Welfare Pension Raised to 2000; Distribution From December 15

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala government will begin disbursing the December welfare pension from December 15, Finance Minister K.N. Balagopal announced.

The revised amount of 2000 will be distributed to 62 lakh beneficiaries, coinciding with Christmas and New Year.
