New Delhi: All four accused in the Nirbhaya case will be hanged on March 20. A new death warrant has been issued by the Patiala House Court in Delhi. The suspects will be hanged on March 20 at 5.30 am.
The President has rejected the mercy pleas of accused Mukesh, Vinay, Pawan Gupta, and Akshay. At present, there are no petitions and pleas filed by the accused.
The death warrant was first issued on January 7. And the last warrant issued on March 3. But Pawan Gupta’s mercy plea has been postponed as the President is considering it. Pawan Gupta’s mercy plea was rejected by the President on Wednesday.
