Guruvayur: The renovated ‘Kaustubham’ Rest House has been officially inaugurated, aiming to provide quality and affordable accommodation for devotees visiting the Guruvayur Temple. Minister for Devaswoms, Shri K. Muraleedharan, inaugurated the facility during a grand ceremony held on the rest house premises.
Delivering the inaugural address, Minister K. Muraleedharan stated that the State Government continues to extend wholehearted support to the operations of various Devaswom Boards. “It is my great privilege to dedicate the renovated Kaustubham Rest House, which was originally inaugurated by my father 40 years ago,” the Minister added.
Brahmashri P. C. Dineshan Namboodiripad, Temple Tantri and Devaswom Committee Member, lit the ceremonial lamp at the renovated building. Following the inaugural meeting, the Minister presented awards to the technical experts from Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society (ULCCS) who successfully executed the renovation work.
