New Delhi: The Delhi Police have issued a notice to the Chairman of Al Falah University in connection with the November 10 explosion near the Red Fort. Chairman Javed Ahmed has been asked to appear for questioning.
Police sources indicate that the investigation is linked to cases involving terrorism-related activities and forgery of documents.
Earlier, the interrogation of Dr. Shaheen Sayeed, who was arrested in the case, revealed possible links to Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba, based on a diary recovered during the probe. Investigators claim to have obtained crucial leads related to the incident.
