Pandalam: Nair Service Society (NSS) General Secretary G. Sukumaran Nair sustained minor injuries after his car was involved in an accident near Elayadukulangara in Pandalam along the MC Road.
The incident occurred while Sukumaran Nair was traveling toward Changanassery. His vehicle collided with a tempo coming from the opposite direction. The collision caused notable damage to one side of the car.
Sukumaran Nair suffered minor injuries to his nose in the impact. Local residents and NSS workers present at the scene immediately shifted him to the NSS Medical Mission Hospital in Pandalam, where he received first aid. Other occupants of the vehicle, including the driver, escaped unhurt.
Sukumaran Nair had recently resumed active public life after remaining on rest for a prolonged period due to a bone fracture from a previous fall.
