Style Mannan Rajinikanth wins Special Icon Award at Goa International Film Festival. The award is for his outstanding contribution to cinema. The award was announced by Union Minister Prakash Javadekar in New Delhi.
The awards will be presented at the opening ceremony of the film festival, which takes place from 20 to 28 this month. As 50 years have passed since the launch of the film festival, 50 films of 50 female directors will be screened.
