Food and Public Distribution Department Minister GR Anil informed that all the beneficiaries of the ration shops 44 and 46 in Mundakai and Churalmala areas in Wayanad will be given free ration for this month.
At present, ration is provided free of charge to priority categories and at fair price to non-priority categories. It has been directed to provide ration allotment free of cost to all the beneficiaries of blue and white cards who are non-priority groups in disaster affected areas such as Mundakai and Churalmala.
