‘Trying to curb borrowing’; The Center was also criticized in the policy announcement speech

Thiruvananthapuram: Governor Arif Muhammad Khan read out the part criticizing the central government in the policy announcement that will begin the eighth session of the Kerala Legislative Assembly. Special mention of Kudumbashree was also included in the policy announcement. The state gives special consideration to freedom of media. Special consideration for the agriculture sector, priority for animal welfare department empowerment projects, measures to achieve self-sufficiency in milk production, a big leap for Kerala in the field of education, progress in industry-friendly ranking are included in the policy announcement. The policy announcement was welcomed by members of the ruling party by clapping on the desk.

There will be measures to empower the cooperative sector. Special emphasis will be given to the fisheries sector. The governor also said that modernization will be implemented in the region.
