State Professional Drama Awards announced; ‘Ithihasam’ bagged Award for the Best Drama

Thrissur: State Professional Drama Awards announced. Thiruvananthapuram Souparnika’s ‘Ithihasam’ won the Best Drama Award (Rs. 50,000).

 The plays were judged by a jury consisting of Vikraman Nair (Chairman), Xavier Pulpattu (Member Secretary), Chandrasekharan Thikkodi, Babu Parassery, Dr.Beatrix Alexis.

10 plays selected from 23 plays were staged at the Sangeetha Nataka Academy Regional Theater.
