Kochi: All the three accused except V for Kerala leader Nipun Cherian have been granted bail in the case of the illegal opening of the Vytilla flyover in Ernakulam. They were granted bail by the Ernakulam CJM court. Nipun Cherian is the V for Kerala Campaign Controller.The court accepted the prosecution’s contention that earlier cases against him, including the destruction of public property, were pending. The court granted bail to V for Kerala officials Sooraj, Angelos, and Raphael. The court will hear the bail pleas of Shakeer Ali, Sajan Aziz, and Antona Alvin, who were arrested yesterday in the case.
