Kozhikode: Measles is spreading in Nadapuram, Kozhikode. So far, 24 people have been infected in the region. Eighteen people have been infected in Nadapuram panchayat alone. The increase in the number of infected people while intensifying prevention efforts has worried health workers.
Under the leadership of the health department, awareness has been going on in every ward for two days. According to the figures of the health department, there are 340 people in Nadapuram to receive the vaccine. Only 65 of them received the vaccine on the last day.
