Sabarimala Temple will open today for the Mandala-Makara Vilakku festival. The appointing of priests for Sabarimala and Malikappuram will also take place today. Strong security arrangements have also been made at Sabarimala.
The devotees are admitted to the Sannidhanam Darshan only after the fire has erupted in the Azhi.
Devaswom Minister Kadakampally Surendran, Devaswom Board President N Vasu will reach at Sannidanam tomorrow and a special review meeting will be held chaired by the minister.
