Kozhikode: The DME has appointed a five-member medical team to investigate the fire at Kozhikode Medical College. The full report will be submitted to the government this week itself, said DME K.V. Viswanathan. He added that those shifted to private hospitals will be returned.
The five-member team has been appointed to investigate the smoke and the difficulties and deaths caused to patients due to it.
The team comprising Kottayam Medical College Superintendent, Thrissur Medical College Superintendent, Thrissur Medical College Surgery Professor, Ernakulam Pulmonology HOD and Kollam Medical College Forensic Head will investigate.
