Malappuram: A case has been registered against Samastha secretary MT Abdullah Musliar for banning a girl from the venue. The Child Rights Commission has voluntarily registered a case against Abdullah Musliar in the incident. The commission sent notices to Abdullah Musliar and Perinthalmanna CI in the incident. The Malappuram District Child Protection Commissioner was also asked for an explanation.
The commission has directed that an explanation be given directly on the 25th of this month. Governor Arif Mohammad Khan had demanded that action be taken on the matter. He said it was a crime to insult a girl in public and demanded that the authorities take up the matter voluntarily.
