Thiruvananthapuram: The Central Meteorological Department has warned that there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning at isolated places in the state till July 30.
The State Disaster Management Authority has advised that precautions should be taken from the time the clouds start to be seen and should not be left out of taking such precautions because lightning is not visible.
