Dileep granted anticipatory bail by the court

Kochi: Actor Dileep and other accused have been granted anticipatory bail in a case of trying to endanger the investigating officers. The High Court granted bail to Dileep and five other accused on conditions. The court rejected the prosecution’s argument that the accused should be taken into custody and questioned. Defendants must present their passports to the court, produce two sureties of Rs 1 lakh each, co-operate with the investigation and not try to influence witnesses. The verdict also says that the investigation team can approach the court for arrest if the conditions are violated.
