Kochi: The High Court has rejected the bail plea of Pulsar Suni, the first accused in the actress assault case. The court ruled that bail could not be granted at the stage of further investigation into the case. Pulsar Suni claimed that there was a security threat in the jail. A bench of Justice PV Kunhikrishnan rejected the bail application.
Meanwhile, Dileep appeared for questioning on the second day of the case. Arrived at Aluva Police Club. Dileep is facing questions from the crime branch based on Balachandra Kumar’s statement. Dileep was questioned again three months after the probe was announced. It is reported that the interrogation is still going on based on the evidence collected during the last three months.
