New Delhi: The Supreme Court has stayed the Central Government’s order restricting the broadcasting rights of media one channel. The Supreme Court ruled that the channel could continue to operate. The Supreme Court has ruled that it can continue to operate as it did before. The order was passed by a bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud. The court also observed that there is protection as a media institution.
