Heavy Rainfall in Northern Kerala, Yellow Alert in Four Districts

Thiruvananthapuram: The Met Department has warned of heavy rains in the northern districts of the state. The meteorological department has warned that strong rains are likely in the next four days. Today, the State Disaster Response Authority has announced a Yellow Alert in four districts. The alert is being issued in Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod districts.

The Disaster Response Authority said that residents living in areas and rivers prone to floods, landslides, etc. should be vigilant in case of strong winds and rain. The meteorological department has issued a warning for coastal areas.
