The meeting took place at the Prime Minister’s official residence in New Delhi. Unlike a public event or a crowded gathering, this was a private interaction, fulfilling a long-held wish of Sindhu’s. “I had always told my husband that if I ever met the Prime Minister, it should be personal… and yesterday, that dream became a reality,” she wrote.
