Solar Roof, More Mileage; Mahindra Introducing Trio 2.0 Electric Auto

Last year, Mahindra introduced the Trio Electric, an automobile market. Mahindra introduced a new version of this electric auto at the Mahindra Auto Expo. The new version, called Trio 2.0, will be better than its predecessor, the company said.

The company said it would fully localize the production of the new model. The company also added a few changes from the previous version. The new Doors for safe travel and new seats for comfortable travel are the features of the vehicle.

One of the biggest features of the new vehicle is a solar panel mounted on top. The company has also launched a new charger. These chargers will soon be installed nationwide, the company said.

The company plans to install more than 800 chargers in select cities in the initial phase. With this, consumers can easily charge their vehicles, according to the report. Mahindra said it would complete the project by August 2020.

The company claims a mileage of 130 km / h on the old model. But the company also introduced a new battery pack with the Trio 2.0. Mahindra claims that this new battery pack will offer an extra mileage of 60-70km.

With this, the new model can cover 200 kilometers on a single charge. The solar panel is attached to the top of the vehicle. The solar panel can travel up to 30 km.

It takes about 4 hours to charge the solar panels. Solar panels may also be installed on older models. However, no official explanation has been given by the company.

It is not clear whether the new trio will be launched in the market or the price of the 2.0. The Trio and Trio Yari are two electric autorickshaws that Mahindra launched last year.

The company first unveiled these models at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo and at the 2018 Global Mobility Summit. The company claims that the Trio will cost just 50p a kilometer. The vehicle is manufactured in a space frame chassis.
