Thiruvananthapuram: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has forecast 2.5 to 3.2 meter high waves and tidal waves off the coast of Kerala till 11.30 pm tomorrow. The district collector said fishermen and coastal residents should be vigilant in this regard.
Fishing vessels such as boats and canoes should be safely anchored in the harbor. Maintaining a safe distance between boats will avoid the risk of collision. The safety of fishing equipment should be ensured. Trips to the beach and recreational activities should be avoided altogether.
